二、课程的性质和任务
本课程属于土木工程的主要专业课程之一，是工程管理方面的主干课程。本课程共36个学时，与之配套的有27个学时的课程设计，以增加学生对本课程的理解。
工程造价在土木工程中处于经济核算与投资控制的基础地位，掌握本课程的基本理论和方法，对于将来从事土木工程技术工作的工科学来说是必不可少的。通过该门课程的学习，期望学生能深刻地理解定额的作用与使用方法，特别要熟
练地掌握建筑工程与装饰工程定额，掌握有关的工程量计算方法及技巧，以及套用定额获得人工、材料、机械的消耗量，并能够比较熟练地运用量价分离的方法来获得工程总造价。
三、教学内容和要求
《工程造价》
工程造价的教学内容分为八部分，对不同的内容提出不同的教学要求。 (数字表示供参考的相应的学时数) 第一章 概论（2）
1 工程造价的组成及其作用 （2）
要求：掌握工程造价的组成、分类，以及各组成部分的计算方法与作用。 第二章 工程定额原理（6）
1．定额的产生、发展、构成、作用 （2） 2．基本定额的编制与使用 （2） 3．预算定额、概算定额、概算指标的编制与使用（2）
要求：理解定额基本原理，掌握基本定额、预算定额的编制方法，能够进行补充定额的编制工作，并掌握基本定额、预算定额的使用方法。 第三章 人工、材料、机械费用单价的确定 (4) 1．人工、机械费用单价的确定方法（2） 2．材料费用单价的确定方法（2）
要求：理解量价分离的目的与作用，掌握人工、材料、机械费用单价的组成，以及各部分的确定方法、调整方法。 第四章 工程造价的确定（4）
1．工程造价的组成，以及各部分的确定方法 （2） 2．工程造价计算顺序表及其使用方法 （2）
要求： 理解工程造价各组成部分的含义与作用，掌握它们各自的确定方法，以及工程总造价计算顺序表的使用。 第五章 设计概算编制 （4）
1． 设计概算概念与作用 （2） 2． 设计概算的组成与编制方法 （2） 要求： 理解设计概算的目标与作用，掌握设计概算的各个组成部分，以及它们各自的编制方法。
第六章 建筑工程预算书的编制（12）
1． 施工图预算编制的基本方法与建筑面积计算规则 （2） 2．预算定额分部分项工程量计算规则 （10） 要求： 充分熟悉建筑工程与装饰工程定额的构成与使用方法，掌握建筑面积计算的规则，对建筑工程各分部分项工程的工程量的计算方法有较深的认识，并能够熟练使用。 第七章 工程结算与决算（2）
1． 工程结算与决算的目标、任务、编制方法 （2） 要求： 理解工程结算、决算的区别，掌握二者的基本编制方法。 第八章 工程造价软件的使用（2）
1． 工程造价软件使用的简介 （2）
要求： 能够利用市场上比较流行的工程造价软件完成工程造价的编制工作。
四．实验（上机）内容和基本要求
本课程无实验和上机的教学安排，但在配套的课程设计中安排了学生上机操作工程造价软件。要求学生结合本课程的教学工作，掌握工程造价软件的使用方法。
五．对学生能力培养的要求
本课程属于工程经济与管理类的主要专业课，具有培养学生实际工作能力的特点。要求学生不但能够掌握工程定额原理，而且能够熟练地使用工程定额完成工程造价的编制工作。同时要求学生结合本课程的教学进度，同步学习使用工程造价软件的方法，以培养学生适应就业市场的工作能力。

Second、Character & Mission
It is one of chief specialty Curriculum in civil engineering. It also is chief curriculum in project management. There are 36 hours, and 27 hours in course exercise.
Because of the base of economic calculation and investment controller in civil engineering, it is necessary in civil engineering that mastering the basic theory and method of this curriculum. There is a course exercise in project cost. It is the goal to learn how to calculate project cost by using software.

It is a main specialized subject which belong to engineering economy and management. It can educate students’ ability. Not only can students master principle of engineering cost with engineering quota. With course ,students study engineering cost software so that they can adapt to work.
