摘要：A system for processing phone calls comprising a network of servers incommunication with telephonic communication devices, and software stored on andexecutable by the servers, the software being configured to receive inputs from a user,
generate an ordered set of PBX Feature definitions executable by the server network in adistributed fashion to perform respective PBX Feature tasks related to telephone calls,and write the PBX Feature definitions to a distributed database system that is accessibleby the servers. The ordered set may evaluate the current state of a phone call, and eachPBX feature definition may perform a respective task responsive to the evaluated state.Each PBX Feature definition is executable to define and store a new state of the phonecall. Each PBX Feature definition generated by the software is configured to be combinedwith any other PBX Feature definition generable by the software.
