摘要：A rapid setting alpha -cyanoacrylate based adhesive composition having animproved storage stability comprises a polymerization catalyst which is a polyethyleneglycol derivative of the general formula wherein A is a group linking the X's by one ortwo atoms, B is a tetravalent atom eg C or Si, R is a C1-C12 group free of hydroxy oramino, R<1> is H or lower alkyl, R<2> is lower alkyl, X and Y are oxygen or may besulphur or -N-CH3 in compounds containing group A, and n m p and q are integers.
