摘要：The invention relates to a parking assistance method for a vehicle. The aim ofthe invention is to achieve a safe parking operation, whilst distracting the driver'sattention as little as possible and preferably guiding the driver in a discreet manner. Toachieve this, the method comprises the following steps: determination of an actualsteering angle of a steering shaft (3); determination of a target steering angle requiredfor a parking operation; determination of a guide steering-wheel torque from acomparison of the target steering angle and the actual steering angle, the guidesteering-wheel torque acting on the steering shaft (3) in the direction of the targetsteering angle; and application of the guide steering-wheel torque to the steering shaft(3) of the vehicle.
