摘要：The device (100) has a control unit (10) and a stimulation unit (11) with a majorityof stimulation elements (12,13), which produce visual stimulation signals (15,16). Thestimulation elements put back a phase of a neural activity of neurons by an admissionover an eye of a patient and forwarding at neurons and have a diseased synchronous andoscillator board neural activity. The control unit controls the stimulation unit such thatstimulation elements produce the visual stimulation signals different from each otherwith different phase and with different polarity.
