Limiting the Use of Private Cars

With the living standards rising rapidly, more and more people in beijing have nongovernment cars. Many of private cars were employ , it brings about a lot of problems , such as, air pollution , noise, traffic accident and gas shortage. As a result, the government take measures to limiting the use of private cars. Liking, raise charging parking , increasing a gas tax , encouraging to take public buses. However, in my opinion,everything has two sides about the measures.I am going to clarify my point of view.

On the one hand, I cannot deny the fact that the measures have to be limited private cars. To begin with, cars contribute to air pollution .such as ,raise charging parking and increasing gas tax .Not only can it reduce the number of private cars but also reduce waste heat and gas. If people are to have cars of their own, the already contaminated atmosphere will get even dirtier. Secondly, encouraging people to take public buses ,it can reduce traffic accident in the city. If more cars are allowed to busy streets ,there will be more traffic accident ,which is really crowded to all of us.

Finally, it can save oil resource.

On the other hand, there also have disadvantages if we are limited to use personal cars.we should have to wait in public transportation like buses and subway. And to be extend ,can keep ourselves off storm,heavy snow, strong wind and other awful weather. In addition ,they have less time to work and go to school ,maybe it be later .

As far as I am concerned ,private cars should be discouraged in beijing. In order to leave clean air ,wide and safe roads and save energy resource . On the contrary ,we should appeal to take public buses because it stand for citiys' culture.
