由乙方自检合格后报甲方复检验收，再由甲方报请建设、监理、设计及质监部门进行最终竣工验收，其质量标准应与甲方与建设方所签订的工程总包合同中约定质量要求一致。 4、

乙方承包的本防水工程在竣工验收备案后的五年内负有保修义务，凡保修期内因乙方施工质量所引起的所有修补工作，均由乙方限时无偿修复。如乙方未能在限定时间内对缺陷部位进行修理，甲方可另外派专业人员维修，所有费用将从乙方预留的保修金中扣除。 九、 承包费计算方式 1、

1.5mm聚氨酯防水涂料单价32元/㎡，2.0mm聚氨酯防水涂料单价38元/㎡.
3工程量结算依据按实际图纸面积计算，并最终结算。 ○2. 付款进度：
1#、2#、3#、5#、8#楼出±0.000付已完成工程量的60%，卫生间、屋面防水等所有防水工程完成后，付已完成工程量的70%，各方责任主体最终竣工验收后，再经甲方物业验收合格后，付已完成总工程量的95%，剩余5%作为保修金，竣工验收满5年后付清。满3年付3%的保修金，满5年后付剩余2%的保修金。 3. 违约责任
乙方承诺确保甲方的工程进度、工程质量、安全施工和文明卫生，自觉遵守国家的法律法规和甲方的有关规定，如乙方不能履行合同，按施工进度工程价款的30%做为违约金补偿甲方因乙方原因造成的损失。

十一、 甲方的责任和义务 1、
负责对乙方的施工质量、进度、安全和文明卫生进行监督、检查和
验收； 2、
对乙方进行操作规程、质量标准、进度要求、安全与文明施工进行
技术交底； 3、
按合同规定，向乙方支付具备付款条件的承包费。
十二、 乙方的责任和义务
1、 本合同签订的次日内乙方的防水材料及辅材必须进场。
2、 本合同签订后应及时与所属成员，签订用工合同和安全责任书，交甲方备案；
3、 严格遵守国家法律、法规和甲方和各项规章制度、安全操作规程、文明施工和综合治理规定；
4、 必须执行所有作业人员持证上岗的规定，设立兼职安全员、质量员、技术员、综合治理员，坚持工前交底、工中监督和工后验收，做好当日记录，并在工前对作业人员进行安全交底，对施工现场所有安全设施、机具、电器进行先查看，后使用，发现不安全隐患，及时报告甲方，在没有安全保障的情况下，不准施工；
