根据下面的提示和要求写一篇题为“我最好的朋友”的英语短文，短文题目已给出。

短文内容除须介绍至少两条有关朋友的基本信息外，还必须包括以下两个方面的内容：

简要分析：

1、07-09三年的作文题都是以“…最…”，10年以“三年初中生活”为题，在限制写作范围的同时，让考生描写自己生活中印象最深刻的人或物。

2、07年、09年都写人，08，10年写事物，均为学生生活中最常见的人或物，让学生都有话可写。07年与09年作文题极其相似。

3、前三年中考题都用英语问句形式提示写作内容和范围，10年以无英文提示的形式阙限写作范围有一定的区分度，更有利于好学生的发挥，与考试的选拔功能完全吻合。

4、以文章内容和语言作为评分标准，进一步加大区分度，有利于优秀学生得高分。

5、中考迎考复习时，要加强作文的训练，选择与学生生活息息相关的话题，训练学生进行的写作能力。一方面要求学生注意写作内容的齐全，更重要的是要求学生语言表达（词汇准确丰富，句型结构多样化，上下文连贯逻辑性强）。注意分层要求，让学困生多写句子、段落，使其在中考中能写；让优生多写短文，使其在中考中得高分。
